  2. Submit your registration form and payment check in one of 3 ways:

    1. Mail: SCL Rectory, c/o Golf, 3535 Thornwood Ave., Glenview, IL 60026

    2. Email: SCLplaygolf@gmail.com (Payment check can sent by email or dropped off)

    3. In-person: Drop off at SCL Rectory - OR - place your registration and payment check(s) in the offertory basket at any weekend mass.
